My Transformice font is really messed up as you can see below, i dont know how to change it to regular its always been like this and idk why.. please help.

I'm guessing they are testing out new fonts

I use steam to play, and its always been like this for me, but i have never seen it like this for anyone else so im just seeing if anyone knows how to fix it also thanks for the help!

They don't make updates at 12:30 AM on a Monday in France.

The issue is likely in your PC. Is it the same when you play on browser?

The most likely explanation is that your computer for whatever reason can't load TFM's default chat font (which is Verdana). There are no tests or whatever that involve different fonts, least of all Times New Roman or whatever that is.

Luckily, you can manually change your font in Transformice using the /font command. You can change your font's size using the /fontsize command.

So, find a font you like and have installed on your computer and use above commands to make your chat the way you like it :-)

For example; /font verdana
/fontsize 12

Well, that doesn't help the fonts of the UI however. So, if the Verdana font file was removed, they'll need to reinstall it lest they care to have the game like this. The downside is that Verdana is not a free font, and as such, I nor anyone else would be able to link it for you to redownload...

On the web browser version the font is normal...

True. I guess it's better than nothing though.

Thejammerz, can you check / post here whether your computer has the Verdana font file installed?

Also, have you tried reinstalling the Steam Transformice client?

I just took the veranda font off my parents computer and put it on mine should it work?

You should try to reinstall the Steam Transformice client, as Lemodile said above. If it displays fine on the web version, the issue lies in the client.

ur right i didn't have the font but i just took my parents computer put the font on a memory stick and put it on mine at it works ty so much for the help the last font was making my eyes bleed XD
