Why other games give downtime players bonuses vs. TFM? |

I've been on a many games in my day and most of the F2P but pay for stuff games always give people bonuses when servers are down for a bit. Why is Tig and the crew too cheap to give us any type of compensation for what is usually 12 hours of downtime? I mean it's bad enough he stopped giving us items for events. But not even a sorry, or hey heres 5 tigberries? Come on now, It happens weekly if not more often. |

It's not like they are going to give us 10 fraises every time the servers are down. Besides, if they're down, they're down. I know some of you take the game seriously, but I'm just pointing that out. |

Most of the games compensating players for downtime are subscription-based, hence the lost time has a value and needs to be compensated. Some F2P games also do it when not accessing the game has a real impact on it, ie you couldn't harvest your crops in time and they died. Transformice is none of those, since our monetisation is only based on cosmetics. Not accessing the game does not equal any loss. |

Transformice is also the main game It's where atelier makes most of it's money They gave out fraises in the christmas event for 2011 because at that time it wasn't as huge as it is now Dernière modification le 1448220480000 |

Transformice won't do that. Transformice is the main game atelier801 has, and they have lots of work to do. So in a way, when the servers are down that means they are probably updating transformice/fixing bugs. They're giving in that way. |

The only real need for compensation that I see is broken event maps. And that compensation shouldn't even be monetary, but rather an extension of the event. |
