It depends on the size of the picture, what file it is, etc. I sometimes try to change my picture but it takes a little bit to change it, if you want it, don't go on the forums or TFM for a while. If its something else, I might not know what to do, but I hope this helped a little.

All you have to do is clear your cache to make it change..

Alternatively you can force-refresh any thread in which you posted (or basically any forum page that contains your old avatar that you edited) by pressing CTRL+F5.

go to your profile > click the next gear next to your username > click 'change avatar' > submit an image that doesn't exceed the limit of 30kb > done
