Yea, a ban is overkill for not wanting to play the game any more. Besides, you may change your mind later on about playing. A lot of people I know have quit playing the game for months at a time even spanning over a year or two, but have come back.

I tried in the past pointing this specific part of the EULA to terminate this account but, since I got no response several time I gave up. But an user CAN ask for his account to bee deleted.

Unfortunately permanent bans are not handed out on request. I can't do much more than resetting your forum profile and resetting your avatar (if you want this send me a PM). If you really want your account to be completely deleted, you will have to ask an admin. You can do this by filling out the contact form. Although Atelier 801 has clearly mentioned having the right to delete accounts under certain circumstances, I'm not sure they will take these requests, though. But it's your best shot.
