Doesn't (/pw 3883) work?
If not, !lock

Sorry, just the person who made the module can set a password on it's module.
You may ask Shamousey.

You can't set a password on #utility room. But you can lock it.
Use the !lock command.

Ξ [Aviener] !lock
Aviener locked the room.

Since the new update, only tfm.exec.setRoomPassword will create a password for module rooms, so the current utility may not be able to be pw protected, but i believe it's coming soon, for now the best option is to !lock or !ban users, or simply playing the module in tribehouse by typing /module utility, and /inv (username) to invite them.

We are going to implement a set password command with the new function
