It is not possible. Guessing one's password or being given it is not "hacking" as you are not forcing your way into the account. |

Haruhitastic a dit : True..but they could still get into the account. But that is not what she said. Well--she said that's what she THINKS, not that it's the case. Here is what she said-- Xsilverraven a dit : She didn't say--"The only way someone could be "hacked" is by sharing account details." She said "I think that the only way a person could be "hacked" is by sharing account details." |

Then don't use the term hacking. It's not hacking unless you are forcibly entering the account. The term you should be used is compromised. |

to clarify it for you guys, I quote the word hacked because that is what victims tell me what has happened to them but I believe that it's not actually hacking, just probably a poor password or shared account details. In this case it wouldn't be called hacking and I realize that which is why I write "hacking" because this is a quote from victims that believe that it's possible for people to hack accounts on transformice. |

People with the right technology can hack accounts and retrieve the password. |

Haruhitastic a dit : This. I do believe that hacking into one's account using coding and bypassing a lot of secure software with the password system would be so much of a hassle and waste of time for a game like this. You don't have to read this, but here are password basics: Guessing someone's password is fair-game in my opinion. You should change your password if it's something you take a lot of interest in and want to discuss it with people. Simple passwords, as we all know, are terrible decisions (you know, 12345, password, etc). And sharing your password amongst anyone online is a huge risk. You could have known them for years on this game and they could still hack you. Keep your password to yourself and someone you know you can trust, which means -- even if you're 20 years old it's still a good idea -- your parents are a good option. Your password is what you make of it and you need to make sure it's secure in your own terms. Have a mildly difficult password only you know of and keep it private.
