[Elections] Refresh Button

What if the elections' tab had a refresh button?
Sometimes (or always), when you run for mayor, you hope to find some votes.
You keep closing and opening the elections' tab but no numbers increase in it.
Also sometimes, you need to refresh the whole Transformice to see the new votes.
The refresh button will be very useful for the people that wait for votes.

/support I find it really annoying that you have to reload.
Plus, it will show you the votes when you vote the candidate.

Election is pretty useless in my opinion but for the people who like the feature...
