For some reason, I can't log onto my account on the game, but I can log on here, on the forums. I don't think I got ban, as I never got a notice to why I was ban. Can someone shed some light on this situation for me a bit?

That's pretty strange, if you haven't already tried, try setting up a new password which will automatically change the password to your Transformice account, then try logging in.

Could you explain in little more detail?
By "can't login" what do you mean? Does the login screen to the game come up? Are you able to enter your Username and password properly into the space given and does a game screen load after it?

Also, screenshots if possible would be appreciated :)

By login I mean, my password is invalid. It will let me enter my username, but my pass shows up as invalid when I try logging in

You are able to use that same password to log into the forums, but you can't login to the game with that same password.

Am I right to say that? Then as Lastwordsto said, you should immediately change your password and check it out then, if this happens to be the problem. This can be found by clicking your name on the top right, clicking my account and change password. :)

I don't think you're the only one with this problem, I also have it. There's something probably going on with the game or something possibly happend. Guess you just have to wait until its fixed or back to normal. It sucks.

mine greys out for a while, then it says "Incorrect version, try to reload the game."

this happened to me with an acc I made named Clover
I think I deleted it but yeah, I wasn't able to ever log on again even if I changed the pw
I thought it was because someone else also had an acc named Clover but I've seen many duplicate accounts before so I don't think i'd be that--
idk why it happened to this day
