Well, to get a job you must meet the requirements for the position, which vary depending on the company and what you're applying for.

I don't know what kind of requirements are needed to work at Atelier 801, but you must live in France and speak French to be able to go to the office and communicate with your coworkers. Bear in mind not all admins do the same kind of work, people just know them as admins and some think they're all the same, but they have different tasks.

If you still have questions about jobs, you can ask your parents, they'll probably explain to you in a way you can understand it. Even if you don't speak French, there's plenty of other jobs in your country where you don't have to speak another language, many are related to games too.
