.. understanding explosion .. All I could see was a kaleidoscope. Flashing images, duplicated into triangles and twirling around, made my eyes grow irritated. An overwhelming migraine was happening and I couldn't think straight in my pain. I had the feeling that the ground below me and the world in front was spinning. Backstory: - Appearance: [2 weeks before prologue.] I was hanging out with the usual gang. You know, Blake, Bast, Faith, Gadget, and Csone... everyone in our pack. We were discussing about the room survivor1. There was this one hacker that concerned us. He was tossing cannons and projectiles everywhere, but it was just for fun. "Who's going to report this guy?!" Blake shouted over the mice that were screaming to run away. It was true-- we hadn't exactly reported him yet, and he was getting more and more pissed off by the looks of it. "It feels just like dual survivor..." The shaman Gadget sighed, and fired a cannon at him, only to jump over the same exact cannon with hundreds behind it. I got knocked off the cliff I was standing on and burst into bubbles. "Welp, rest in dead." I said as a ghost. "Yep, truly." Bast agreed. "Hey, how about this: why don't we go over to the village and see all kinds of gossip in there after this round?" "I'll be right behind you..." Faith murmured. "After I kill this guy." Gadget fired another cannon at him, only to be knocked off the platform and killed. She floated right beside me, scowling. "Welp, we're doomed." Blake said. "Everyone to room village1!" I said and used my teleporter to get there. I woke up right next to the fountain, just as everyone else teleported and smushed my poor body. "Guys... you're crushing me..." I managed to gasp. "Oh, sorry!" Bast cried with difficulty. "Oy! Csone! Can you get off of us?!" "Yeah, yeah, I'm doing that." He leaped off of the pile, which made the entire pack collapse much to my relief. "Well, it's just a game, right? You'd respawn in a few seconds, just like that!" Gadget snapped her fingers in exaggeration. I massaged my back, which was a difficult task if you've ever tried scratching your own back. Csone brushed himself off. Blake talked on and on, even though he got crushed by Faith and Csone, even if it was just a whisper. Poor Bast was the worst besides me; he was massaging his neck and checking his paws to make sure that they weren't broken. "You guys alright?" Gadget called. "Yeah," was the general word from everyone. "Alright, let's head off to the tree house." I said, and started to stand. "Why the tree house? It's filled with lots of elders!" Blake cried. "And it STINKS in there!" "I can manage with it." Faith said, and started walking towards the cafe. Bast and Gadget followed. "I'd prefer to stand with the smell. The stories distract me. After all, they're not really real." Csone pursued the trio. I paused, looking at Blake, which looked forlorn. "Well, to tell you the truth, I'm always bouncing around, wanting to be busy," he said. "Well, in that case, you can make yourself busy by listening to those stories." I replied hastily. "Good point." He caught up with the pack and talked as if nothing ever happened. I smiled, thinking of some pun, and followed right behind them. "Well! So you've come to hear more stories, I see!" one of the elders looked up and smiled, her long, white hair flowing from her head graciously. "Yeah, we're bored and anxious about this hacker in Survivor and we need stories to distract us, Elise." I hastily replied. (and yes, i'm adding elise as if she never died in tfm. xD) "Oh, Bethdacat, I'm running out of stories to tell... well... maybe I have one more..." Elise went into her thoughts for a moment. "Call me Beth, please, Elise. I've told you this about... 6,285 times now." "Heh, she's never gonna get used to calling you Beth." Blake chimed up. "Of course, Trygon_blake." Elise said. "It's Blake, not Trygon_blake." We snorted, trying not to laugh. "Anyways... I have a good one." Elise sighed before continuing, "This was long before custom grounds, fraises, and all that snazzy junk you see in Transformice that was invented." "Hey, I lived in 2012, too, so this wasn't long before I was born, right?" I replied hastily. "Yes, you are quite correct, Bethdacat." "We're not babies!!" Bast snapped at us. We snorted again. "You're acting like one now..." I smirked, which sent them into a wild fit of giggles. Bast cursed himself and sat in a corner. "Alright, children, settle yourselves." Elise raised her paw to shush us. "Now, a few years ago, there was a god that lived in one of the now-deleted vanilla maps named the Anvil God. He was a raging beast, alright. He killed many mice during his reign of terror in the map. "Now, this story is about the Transformice god that you know so well... the mouse named Elisah. ..." ~~End of Part 1~~ [Elise's Story] Elisah was the main god that controlled day and night, sunshine and rain, happiness and sorrow. She was thoroughly skilled with her mission, but she needed something... more. One night, the mice of Transformice decided to pull a prank on her. They got rocks and sticks to throw at her lovely home. It was grand, really, about 5 stories tall. So they spent 2 hours destroying the windows. When she came back to her home, she saw that her windows that she had worked tirelessly on were shattered into a million pieces. She had a good cry, and was angered by the mice's cruel trick. She created the Anvil God in order to release her anger. It would kill mice that dared try to pull pranks on Elisah. But then, the Anvil God slowly gained artificial intelligence. It knew that it was created by a shaman as self-protection. It then became very angry and tried to kill Elisah and destroy her home. Elisah was well prepared for this, and called upon 5 shamans to stop the terror. Yarshud, the Spiritual Guide; Feng, the Wind Master; Mihini, the Mechanician; Ki, the Wildling; Fizika, the Physician; all these shamans were chosen to stop the Anvil God. Yarshud was the most helpful: she healed injured mice that were attacked by the anvils. Feng used his wings to glide and therefore distract it. Mihini constructed more advanced weapons and totems of his own to put an end to the Anvil God. Ki used her knowledge of nature to entice the Anvil God and restrain it. And finally, Fizika, the youngest, used his powers to blast it away into oblivion. Elisah said that Map 62 was a mistake on her part and that it would be no more. She kept her promise and Map 62 was never seen again, nor was the original Anvil God. Nowadays, you'll find some elder shamans making the mistake of summoning a copy of the original Anvil God and killing almost every mouse in that round. They are never the same, though. Who knows? Maybe he'll come back one day... But we'll be ready. [Back to the present.] Blake laughed nervously. "You're telling this just to pass the time, right?" "No, everything is true. I swear on my part." Elise put her paws to her heart in exaggeration. "I don't remember anyone telling me about it, though." Gadget crossed her arms. "I should know, too. I'm one of the hundreds of shamans that get taught things." "Heh... come on, guys, I don't remember any of this stuff happening." I said nervously. "That's because Elisah erased the memory of the Anvil God from everyone that was in the war except for the 5 Legendary Skilled Shamans." Elise shrugged. "But I wasn't one of them. I hid when she announced the memory erasing." "Bullcrap." "I don't think it's bullcrap." A black mouse with a bandana over its mouth walked over to us. "I think Elise wouldn't tell a lie, even if it was considered a story. Right, Elise?" "You are correct, Cilentwisp." Elise replied. Cilentwisp? Where had I heard that name before? "My friends call me Cilent, though." the mouse reminded us. "Just what I was gonna call you, anyway." Bast said, and Blake, Gadget, and I nodded. Faith was too frightened to do anything, and Csone was too intent on seeing what exactly Cilent's intentions were. "Anyways, I heard you guys were interesting. The Pack, right? And am I right on saying Beth's the leader?" "No--" I said quickly, but the others were nodding. I grumbled. "Okay, you guys win. I'm the leader, apparently." "Apparently." Cilent chuckled. "Anyways, what makes you think the story's true?" "Well, for one thing, I like Elise's spunk. She almost died from the Anvil God in the war. I saw it on TV, but she says she doesn't recognize herself at that time." "Uh-huh." "I could've sworn I saw a timid little mouse by your name... she had Fluttershy hair and a scarf to go along with it. Oh, maybe that was me. But I don't remember being in ANY war, I wanted to say, but there were HUNDREDS of other mice who had Fluttershy hair and a scarf at that time. I coughed into my paws a bit. "Bethdacat, a timid mouse? Please." Gadget chuckled. "Yeah, if she WAS timid, she's certainly changed." Cilent laughed. "Shush, you two." I grumbled. "I have a feeling that we SHOULD accept Cilent as one of us." Csone chimed up as usual. Faith still wasn't over her fear. "You do? Me too." Bast replied. "And I," Gadget said. "Alright, may I see some paws from those who favor Cilent joining our pack?" I called. 5 out of 6 paws were raised. Faith was too shaky to raise hers. Either that, or she was too frightened of Cilent. "It's decided then. Welcome to the pack, Cilent." ~~End of Part 2~~ Later on, just as the sun was setting, 6 mice stalked the edge of a deep abyss, their silhouettes shining against the orange sky. One had wings that were outstretched and long, flowing, orange hair. Another had enclosed wings and his hair was in a messy style. Another had goggles, the next had flowers all over herself, one had absolutely no clothes, but jets of pink light surged out occasionally, and the last had some sort of angelic look, like some sort of savior. One could tell that this was Elisah and her Five Shamans--if one had retained memories from the war. The one with the outstretched wings was pacing frantically with a look of concern and anxiety on her face. "This is terrible... Very, very terrible..." she murmured, not breaking from her pacing trance. The others shifted uncomfortably, looking at her with the same extent of concern. "Elisah, you mustn't be afraid. The Anvil God could sense your fear and attack from that point," the one that looked angelic replied. "I know that it may not be able to sense sense like us mice... but it could sense it to some extent that we know not of." "Dont be silly, Yarshud. That jerk never was alive! He can't do anything at all except whack away mice into oblivion!" the naked one chimed in, frustrated. Yarshud bent her head in a teeny-tiny bit of shame, but she was actually pondering about something. "And those survivors... surely they know nothing about the war?" The one with goggles wondered out loud, his face wrinkled with pure concentration. "They should... I removed all of their memories about the war..." Elisah replied. "But I've heard that there's another mouse in one of the villages. Elise, I think her name was. She's one of the elders that tells the truth but none believe her." "Elise is different. She is entitled to that memory because..." the shaman's voice trailed off, leaving the others uneasy. "Mihini, that's a load of hooey." The young one spat on the ground, then continued, "Everyone should have been wiped away from the war memories. No one got spared." "Fizika, will you stop that!" the one with the enclosed wings boomed. "You're still young, and yet that is NO excuse to disrespect your elder shamans!" "Sorry, Feng," the young one muttered and bent his head down in apology. Ki, the remaining shaman, did not speak up. "Anyways, if the rumors are true..." Elisah muttered and paced around again. "...if they are, which I hope not... the Anvil God may return. I don't know how, but it might..." "Let's focus on if it is alive," Feng said, "so that we can properly prepare if it does attack, unlike last time." "If it was..." Yarshud's voice trailed off. "We'd have to..." Mihini tried to continue, but failed. "Maybe there's another way," Ki quietly murmured, like the wind whooshing. "We don't have to use them." "No, there is no other way." Elisah shook her head in dismay. "You will have to prepare, since the worst is coming." As if on cue, a deafening roar rattled the land and the Five Shamans cringed. She sighed, then continued the disjointed sentence. "We will have to call upon every mouse in Transformice to fight another Anvil God war." Meanwhile, we were celebrating Cilent's induction into the Pack. Blake, Bast, and Gadget were whooping and cheering. Csone was just jamming to some of his music. Faith silently huddled into a corner, using a black and white polka-dotted beanbag. "Congrats, Cilent!" they all said in unison, except for Faith, raising their 5th glass of cheese wine and laughing their heads off. ew, seriously? no. cheese wine should never happen in real life. I swayed uneasily in my seat, disoriented. "Beth, are you alright?" Cilent hastily said. "Maybe all of that wine is too strong for a mouse like you." "No, I'm fine!" I replied groggily, much to Cilent's suspicions. "Just 'at I'm tired." All of a sudden, the door was burst open, and in ran a mouse that I knew so well. The others yelped, and Bast and Csone looked at the newcomer with such familiarity in their eyes. "Rebecca? What are you doing here?" I asked, my senses fully alert. "Guys, it's the most shocking news..." she panted in response. Faith squeaked and Cilent frowned. Someone muttered something under their breath. "Go on," Blake wheedled her. "You're never gonna believe this but Elisah... THE Elisah..." "Elisah? What did she do now?" I said. "She... has declared an emergency... the Anvil God..." "Now wait just a minute," Gadget said. "That story was just a story." "It WAS, but..." Rebecca inhaled. "Someone made an Anvil God, and every mouse is expected to go into war against it." ~~End of Part 3~~ Silence. It wasn't like the one in the present during the interrupted party, but Cilent had a task. And if she didn't carry it out, then she would be punished. She dodged the little rocks that could cut one's paws and hurled herself over boulders and dead logs, making sure that they did not resonate across the mountaintops. The pale crescent moon shone on her back, giving her fur a nice, grayish-blue touch, making her seem innocent. Surely, the mountain mice that occasionally came out to harvest fruits and cheese were asleep. They wouldn't care about a wandering visitor. No one ever did. She smirked and touched the stone wall several times with sound precision. Nothing happened for a while... and then the wall collapsed into the depths of the newly formed tunnel. She entered, the door closing behind her as if it had a mind of its own. "You're just in time, Cilent." A circle of mice had gathered around the table and she made her way to one of the empty spots. "The Anvil God is asleep... and someone has offered us a bounty to awaken it," the leader replied to their thoughts, spreading his paws out. "Does anyone want to go on this quest?" "Possibly..." one of them piped up. "Nah, I think Cilent should go." another said. "But why? She's a newbie..." "Because... I see lots of talent..." Everyone remained so silent that you could hear a pin drop. The clock's ticking started getting louder and eventually earraping everyone... And then Blake started choking. We rushed to his side. "Does anyone remember how to do the Heimlich maneuver?" I called out. No one responded except for more choking from the poor mouse. I went over and started wrapping my arms around him when all of a sudden, he burst out laughing. "Ah, you gotta be kidding!" he chuckled, wiping a tear from his eye. "The Anvil God's not real!" "Nice joke, Rebecca!" Bast called out. "No, it's not a joke!" Rebecca cried. "Elisah wants Beth to come to her quarters!" And then everyone went silent again. "Me?" I stammered. "I know I'm one of the senior members of this community, but Elisah wanting me to come to her quarters...?" "Yeah." "Nah, I doubt it." There! I could remember something, but it was a silhouette of a mouse as it called out from the surrounding flames. Beth, get out of here! I'll take care of it! "What is it?" Cilent asked. "Nothing. Just... something." I replied, looking away. I could've sworn that Cilent was so familiar... "Something? Like what? You in love with Batt_mellamy?" Csone teased. "NO I'M NOT, THAT'S AN OLD LEISURE LOUNGE JOKE!!" remember kids, memes never die. "Ooooooh! You just got roasted!" Bast whooped. Faith was muttering something in her corner. "O heavenly lord, banish these demons that have appeared to the pits of Transformice's death..." Gadget shook Faith. "Snap out of it! They're possessing you!!" "WE ARE NOT!!" 2/3rd s of the room hissed. Faith only went deeper into shock. "Well, I might as well see what the ol' angel's up to," I said. "Hope I don't die!" "Fall off a cliff!" Bast joked. "Fall into a pit of spikes!" Csone teased. "Get shattered by sentinels!" Rebecca chuckled. "I get it, I get it," I grumbled and I opened the exit door. "See you later!" And, just like that, I vanished into the night... ~~End of Part 4~~ The matted-furred mouse was climbing alongside a mountain, like the one that Cilent had climbed in the distant future, but the Society for the Existance of the Anvil Monster hadn't been formed yet. She climbed up rocks, her eyes averted to the summit, with such determination... And then a full-out scream resounded from it. The mouse called out the scream's originator's name once, twice, and scrambled to get to the top. A Fluttershy-haired mouse was trembling, cornered, with a rock against her back. Some anvil monsters were surrounding her, toying with her... and then the ninja mouse shot one, two, three cannons at them, and they fell off the cliff. Their obscene words in their own language were shouted at her, but it was too late for these ones. ". . . Are you alright there?" the ninja mouse asked fiercely, and the Fluttershy mouse nodded, trembling. "Because you know those monsters would've killed you if I hadn't come to the rescue." "I know, b-but I'm too frightened... and my c-cannon supply ran out..." "Your cannon supply ran out? You should've went to Mihini to grab some more." "Mihini's shop was being attacked!" The Fluttershy mouse remembered the shop being burst into flames and the red shaman flying out, attacking the many monsters that were out for revenge. "I'm sure Mihini found another shop to reside in, then." The ninja mouse latched her paw onto the shaking mouse's paw and hoisted her up. "He's got such determination... but he's too nerdy to my taste." "Nerdy?!" The other mouse stamped her paw. "Sure, he might have a million body pillows at his real house, but that doesn't mean he's nerdy!" *lenny face* "Well, at least we're together as friends, right . . . ?" "Yeah! Of course!" After shutting the door, Bast and Gadget chuckled loudly. "Rebecca, you just pranked Beth good!" Gadget cried. "No I didn't!" Rebecca stamped her foot. "YOU GUYS! I'M GONNA SHATTER YOU BOTH IF YOU DON'T STOP THIS SHIT RIGHT NOW!" "I'm not doing anything," Csone muttered as he got out his phone and jammed to more tunes. Faith climbed the ceiling and screeched at them all. "Well, that's it." Cilent facepawed. "Faith has truly gone insane because of you guys." Blake burst out laughing at this. Rebecca got out Pearl's spear. "I SWEAR TO GOD..." "Oh shit, she's angry," Bast whispered to himself, trying to call up something. "Well, at least Beth's gonna be safe from the shatterings." Gadget said. Rebecca started whacking everyone, shouting curse words at them. Faith was spared because she was on the ceiling. "OW! OW! REBECCA! STOP THIS SHIT! STOP THIS SHIT! AAAAAAH!" Bast, Gadget, and Blake cried. Csone was spared because he was doing nothing. Cilent dodged the spear whenever possible from an unknown source of memory. And so started Rebecca's reign of terror over them, to stop them from thinking that Elisah wanting Beth at her quarters was a joke... oof kill me now ~~End of Part 5~~ The Fluttershy mouse trained day and night, learning the ways of the shamans. "That way, so that you don't have to call for help as much!" The ninja mouse's face had contorted to such anger that the Fluttershy mouse was frightened into training. Feng and Fizika oversaw the training, and complimented the ones that mastered a move, or finally got a move right, or... the list just went on. Such deeds were rewarded with a level up. One night, the class building was destroyed by the anvils. No one knew why, but it was bad... The Fluttershy mouse sighed, brushing a hair from her face, and walked toward the sun, bored. It was going to be one of THOSE days. She checked her phone. "Good work, everyone! The anvil monsters are almost extinct," the screen flashed. "Keep up the nice job!" "Oh, I will," she muttered to no one in particular. She was wondering where the ninja mouse went. She knew her name very well at this point and had set up a system where they would shoot off fireworks as both a signal of distress and an attack on the anvil monsters, meant to scare them away. She turned her head, facing the darkness just opposite to the setting sun. It hovered, as silent as- The mouse shook her head. She had to get her out of her mind if she was to succeed in this battle. She padded off the mountain and momentarily forgot about her friend. By the time I got to Elisah's headquarters, the sun was setting and my paws were in extreme pain. oof, rip beth's paws A cluster of shamans had already gathered, muttering to themselves. They were apparently discussing about the strange call, I decided. After all, how could I, a harmless senior mouse, be called to Elisah's headquarters? Probably because I was a senior. "All mice invited, come forth!" a booming voice resounded even outside. The others grumbled and trudged into the great brass doorway. I sighed, following them. Finally, the suspense would come to an end... I could easily point out Elisah's shape. Her long, ginger hair was flowing down and her wings were outstretched. She was looking melancholic, like she had seen things she didn't want to see. The other mice chattered about this. "That's enough," the angel said, holding up a paw, and the voices died down instantly. "I know, I have called you here for strange reasons. At least, to your ears. There are reasons as to why I have called you here today. Firstly, you're all seniors. At least, having been born before the great war supposedly happened. And secondly, I must do this: I must give back the memories of the war if we are all to succeed in our community." The gossip got louder. " . . . Great war? That's just a fairy tale. . . . I thought I had been in a mental hospital. . . . Elise was just lying. Right? . . ." I could pick up little tidbits of conversation. Elisah held her paw up once more, and the gossip abruptly stopped. "Stand still, all of you," she commanded. "If this is to work, the memories must go to one point. That would be your head. Now relax. . . ." I stood as still as a statue. Memories? What was she talking about? I soon found out my answer when the great shaman thrust out an orange, bright light. It split into hundreds of lights, entering each mouse. And then I remembered. Cilent... ~~End of Part 6~~ They played in the playground, oblivious to the world's events. Three of them chased each other around, but two spectated. A mouse stood on watch, ready to protect these little ones if he had to. The mouse with the Fluttershy hair stood at the edges of it, barred out, spectating their little game as well. She smiled. These ones would live to see the day, Elisah-willing. A rustle in the bushes stopped her watching. She glanced over to it, frightened. She slowly prepared her weapons... "RAAAH! Gotcha!" A black blur pounced on her. She screamed, thinking it was an anvil monster, catching her at last. But when she saw who it was, she burst into laughter, playfully shoving it away. She ran off, thinking it would chase her. Her judgement was right: the mouse was speeding behind her with such determination. "I'm done!" the leading mouse collapsed, panting heavily. "You wear me out sometimes, Cilent." The younger version of Cilent chuckled. "Of course," she said. "You're Bethdacat. You're always lazy." "Timid," she automatically corrected. They both chortled, of course, because Beth wasn't timid anymore, not since she started training. "So..." Cilent smiled. "It's this, and then... who knows?" "By the way, who are these mice?" Beth asked. "I've been interested in them." "Oh, them." Cilent gestured to the playing mice. "Those are Bastlase, Trygon_blake, and Gadgetrocks, in that order..." Then, pointing at a shy female huddling near a picnic table: "That's Ink_faith999." And finally, towards a particular mouse casually listening to music: "And that's Csoneforyou." "Oh..." she sighed. "I want them to be my friends someday." "Someday." An explosion cut through their thoughts. The mice broke up their play and immediately got inside the school. That was the emergency plan: if you heard explosions, then you had to evacuate into a building. The other mouse shook his head. "Damn it, these monsters..." Another explosion shook near the school, and he caught up to the young ones almost hurriedly. "Ready?" Cilent asked. Beth nodded, shaking with almost immediate fear. The first one landed near the school with a resounding explosion. It roared at the two mice as the others crashed around it. They sounded angry as a chorus, and it hurt their ears hearing their symphony. With an acknowledged nod, they, the mice who could not be separated, almost flew at the anvil monsters as they lunged at the duo. The first one to attack was Cilent. She summoned a cannon, and, almost at the same time, it found its target: the anvil monster that had roared. It now growled with a terrible whine as it faded into a misty smoke, dying. Beth summoned a box at first, then attached a plank to it. Some of the monsters were surprised by this obstacle, running right into it. She finished her masterpiece with a cannon, sending them flying into the oblivion. They clashed like swords connecting with one another... After taking care of the monsters, some of their wounds had reopened, leaving them to have a zombie-like appearance, but at least the young ones were safe and the anvils dead. I remembered bits and pieces of information I had been missing over the years. The pack, young at the time, playing together. My eyes brimmed with tears. Two mice, hand in hand, promising each other to find one another after the war. I started shaking. Where was Cilent? She was there with me when I got involved! I searched the audience for Elisah, but to no avail. "ELISAH!" I cried with all my might. "ELISAH!!" A flash of wings. "ELISAH!!" A goddess-like shaman stood over me almost immediately. She, too, was crying a bit. "Elisah, where's Cilent?" I asked. She didn't answer. "Elisah, where is she?! She was in the war too! Please!! You have to tell me why you didn't invite her, too!" She shook her head. The pause that ensued was agonizing. Finally, she opened her mouth to say something, but failed. She tried again, and the voice that followed upset me further: "It's too dangerous for Cilentwisp to gain back her memories." ~~End of Part 7~~ Dernière modification le 1518492000000 |

Hi guys! Here's Part 1. Let me know what you think! ^^ [2 weeks before prologue.] I was hanging out with the usual gang. "Now, this story is about the Transformice god that you know so well... the mouse named Elisah. ..." ~~End of Part 1~~ |

Part 2, here we go! [Elise's Story] Elisah was the main god that controlled day and night, sunshine and rain, happiness and sorrow. Welcome to the pack, Cilent." ~~End of Part 2~~ |
