Hey guys! I'm wondering where Transformice has the best performance and least amount of lag. Google chrome, Firefox, another browser, Steam, Stand Alone version, or heck even Kongregate (yes it's surprisingly still on there)? I know it's far fetched for a lot of people to have played the game on so many different applications but I figured I'd ask anyway.

steam, it'll run 60fps on any computer while browser and official standalone will probably lag with a bad cpu/little ram

Thank you so much! I had been playing the game on Standalone and occasionally on Chrome but after switching to Steam yesterday, I immediately noticed the biggest difference in performance. I really appreciate it. I wasn't even planning to bother trying the Steam version because someone told me they thought it would lag more since your computer has to run the Steam client on top of the game.

alternatively there's a standalone that i use called iMouse 6 that i think is better because you don't need to have steam running and you can play the other atelier801 games from it with the same performance with a few other things that make it better. it'll be in portuguese but you can change it to english

I'll actually try some of the unofficial standalones plus the steam one, just to see what's up. Thanks for opening this discussion.
