The steam achievements arent working! i have basically done all of them and they arent appearing on steam. please help!

Steam achievements work in a weird way; they will only work with the first account which connects to it which hasn't connected to any Steam account previously.

Example; My Transformice account has previously logged in via another Steam account called "steve", so the Steam account "steve" has all the achievements unlocked (as I have enough cheese/saves/shop items) , and my Transformice account already has the Steam badge. I make a new Steam account called "bob" and log in to my Transformice account with the "bob" Steam account. However, due to already logging my account in with the "steve" account, my Transformice account is in a way linked to the "steve" Steam account, so the "bob" Steam account won't get the achievements.

It's likely that you logged in via Steam with another Steam account, hence why they aren't working. They do work.
