I bought a name changed and it was "Sam#5522" but when I came online today it was changed back to the name I had it before which was "Star#5522" And I think this is such a rip off because I paid money to change my name and now the name I paid for is gone. That's messed up. Transformice wtf.

well there's a mod named Sam#0010 and I think you cannot have the same username as a mod but if his name change made yours change, thats total bs

That could be apart of the reason.

Also I think you should of asked a mod what happen. If none were on at the time IF you did try to ask, i'm sure messaging one on the forums would have worked instead of making a topic.
