how does one unlock the totoro chair (what items are required)?

So, I don't really play this game. But, it is by wearing an outfit similar to it by 2 items... I don't know which ones though.

Wear the Totoro fur and the leaf-umbrella neck item, nothing else, then play an #unotfm game in a public room.
