eek im having problems with the event

i bought 2 event chests for the hugging event during the anniversary event but i didnt open them, and i kept them until i bought another 2 during the event and then i spam opened them all and i only got two (?) things out of it, and i cant buy any more chests.
i got the orb and the "Free Hugs" title but not the others, help please !!

because you have earned all the previous rewards from the event so game won't let you buy another hugging event chest

yeah i understand that but i didnt get the rewards

either it was intentional that you can only get the title and cartouche (i have the previous badge so i don't know about that one for sure) or the old badge and i cheese you title both are bugged. i have everything from the event except for the i cheese you title but i can't buy another chest. if they're meant to be included, it's definitely a bug.

And yes, it's an unique bug.. i hope Staff fixes this bug for to be able to open or get another one. Hmmm..

Also it's off, porably Admins will fix or update the game due to these bugs.
