Help- Glitch with Furs and Outfits

My mouse doesn't load anymore on the login screen, outfits don't render in the game.
Outfits of my and other players are only visible when I do an emote such as dance/cry etc.
I tried removing outfits,reequipping,changing rooms,closing and restarting game,uninstall and reinstall as well. Nothing fixed it.
I have tried putting ./nue command as well as checked settings. Other mice outfit is enabled and minimalist mode is disabled.
Lastly I downloaded adobe AIR,downloaded from tfm google website. Still the same problem is occuring.

In the end, outfits and furs arent loading on both steam and google version. Even after clearing memory cache and reinstalling.
I need assistance to fix this problem as the game is dull to play without outfits.
