I think it would be really cool to add a feature to put a gif as your profile picture or tribe icon, I want profiles to have more interest and i like how they would be able to be more awesome with it

i feel if there was a way to turn this feature on and off, just like outfits then it would work fine. when turned on people can see the gifs and when turned off the pfp of someone with a gif is frozen on the first frame, like in discord when you're not hovering over the persons chat/name that has a gif pfp
