I apologize if I have posted in the wrong discussion, but I am still trying to get used to the new layout of everything as I have not played this game in almost 9 years. Basically, I used to have an old TFM account that I made back in 2011, way before all the numerous new features and whatnot. I have contacted support multiple times, and all I get is an automated response stating that my information does not match their records.
Up until recently, I had thought my account was just deleted because of the database updates. Today, I was able to indeed, find my old account "Konosunny". I have attached a link below. I don't know if the support team just thinks I'm making up stuff in order for protection purposes, but I don't know how much more to prove that it IS my account. I was only 10 when I made the account on an old, now obsolete Windows XP desktop.
I have no way of recovering the password as email was an optional feature back then I believe and I don't even recall attaching an email to it. I would appreciate any help from the community or moderators.

Hello there!! I hate to say, but there is really nothing moderators can do! :( Only the Administrators can help you with login information, and the only way to get a reply from Administrators (As you may know), is make a Conact Form, if you're unsatisfied with this answer, i apologise
