If you have Steam, try install beta (electron) version.

Or reset computer.

There is no access code for Transformice as far as I know, you simply right click on the game in your library, go to properties, betas and select the public beta "electron - Electron version" which doesn't require an access code

It happens to me too you need to uninstall transformice and instal then wait for 2 hours if it doesnt work uninstall steam
