Sham turns being skipped |

Basically what has been happening recently is after the Christmas Chimney event map passes, the next person who is supposed to sham in the next map loses their sham turn due to the next map skipping for whatever reason. This is pretty annoying considering me and many others have lost many chances to sham over this bug. |

I've experienced this, too. The Chimney event seems to disrupt the normal succession of maps, similar to the Halloween event, where the "Day of the Dead" Lua event would often cause the Halloween map that was supposed to play to be omitted, or cut off a succession of multiple event maps (mansion/slot machines, cat maps). I have no idea how the map rotation is organized - does the Lua event have some "special privileges" that allow it to interrupt the normal map succession? In that case, would it be better to implement it like the "normal" events, as some sort of "event 2" category that works the same way as the one for official events (just with a different timer), so that it merely delays but not replaces another event round or someone's shaman turn? The new LUA event kinda patched turns being skipped except the person who would be the next shaman would become one the second round. |
