I would like to repost some old but at the same current requests by a large part of the community. First of all, the Totem editor has severely limited functions. Since it was made 13 years ago, there have been no updates. We need an undo button, a redo button, the option to remove individual items and nails from the totem, and as many other functions as possible to make totem-creation a fun and accessible experience for players. Hard mode has a lot to offer, but the state of the totem editor is discouraging a lot of people from ever trying. Also, spawning a totem should come with a ghost preview of it, under our cursor, just like when you spawn any other shaman item. And speaking of shaman items, the second really necessary improvement we need is the option to rearrange the shaman inventory, to place the items we use the most on top of the list and/or be able to assign the number shortcuts to them. Since 10 years ago when the skill trees were added, the number of shaman items has tripled or more, depending on the level of the shaman. The vanilla items are most of the time a minority in the super extra long inventory. It is not practical to scroll up and down endlessly while racing against time trying to build. I hope this time, somehow, I can get a response, to hear the reasons why things are the way they are for so long and if there is any chance they can change. I don't want to speculate and I don't want to despair, but, yeah, the years pass, and we never hear a word about these issues from official sources. It is sad. |

Like the previous commenter said, there's really not much to add, support a TL;DR for the lazy folk: request to add undo/redo buttons, removing things one by one instead of resetting every time you change your mind, placement preview, rearranging shaman inventories (and being able to add custom hotkeys), and a small comment on the state of the game. |
