title... i've never posted on the transformice forums before so apologies if anything's weird :P

i made an account as a very young kid in 2010, and thus don't remember what the email i used for it was (but it was probably my parents email). i remember what should've been the password, but it was something really easy to guess and it probably got compromised at some point. i think i've tried every plausible login combo by this point. the account still exists, i friended myself on a new account that i had from 2020.

i submit a support form and included all info i have, providing my parents email as the original email, but i just got an email back saying that my information didn't match their records.

is there anything else i can do? i'd really like to play on my original account again!! D:

Unfortunately I believe the only way to recover an account you don't remember the e-mail to is through the contact form. Considering they rejected your claim I don't think there's much more you can do, unless you remember any more details (I'm quite sure even the first fur with fraises you bought counts towards that)- then I'd go for the contact form again.

yeah, i'm trying to stay hopeful but realistically i'm not sure if there's too much i can do to recover it. i never bought anything on the account (with real money) since i was so young, so i unfortunately can't rely on that. i've also come to the conclusion that the account probably didn't have an email attached to it at all... which may make this a lot more difficult...
