This is in regards to some terrible experienced i've had with their support. First of all, I acknowledge the matter that they receive 100's of complaints daily despite that only answer to the more important ones, how many people on the scale of my situation have experienced this lack of service? I'm sure i'm not the only one, im going to take a wild guess and say many many people have. I was banned on a BR server, for 'hacking'. This isn't the first time I was banned for hacking, I was once in my previous pass, for suspicion of hacking, just by being in a room crowded by fly hackers. To my luck I was unbanned, I was discovered to be innocent, infact, I don't ever see why someone would see me as a hacker, to my knowledge im pretty sure a smart hacker would never: 1. Hack on an account with over 20k cheese, (What idiot would risk that amount and time to just get perm banned) 2. Hack on an account with 10,000 fraises, If you would want to you may check my account, and see how much i've donated to transformice just to be caught up in a silly issue like this, its pretty laughable really.. And ontop of that I try to contact the moderators via private message, I received some helpful answers some not, a few told me to use the contact form, I did use it, within 7 days of sending it I finally received a reply, just to tell me that he would look into the issue to as to who banned me, thing is i'm not concerned with who banned me, I just wanted to be unbanned, as far as i saw it I never hacked, I'm too stupid to hack for that matter, I know it seems cheesy, but you can't just point fingers at people you suspect as being hackers.. I can detect that many people have been in this same situation as me.. Anyhow, I'm going to be patient for the time being and see what gets done. To sum it all up into a nutshell....the question is how many of you guys been banned for 'hacking' and then forced to wait 7-8 days due to terrible service and then receive a cheesy reply, and possibly to this day still being banned. (I'm not crying, to be honost I don't really care about my account, its the money I spent on it that bothers me, unfortunately they don't offer refunds, I would have been gone.) |

It sounds like whoever told you that they would look into see which moderator banned you did so in order to talk to them about your situation and see if the mod was absolutely sure that you were hacking. Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything you can do at this point but wait. @Musi What difference does it make asking them in person than asking in a thread, other than that the latter takes more time and his question will probably just be buried with other questions and crap answers from backseat mods anyway? |

Musiukas a dit : Except you clearly didn't read it. The OP stated that they already went through the contact form process, and THAT'S what he's complaining about. I too understand the frustration. I've tried to use the contact method as well recently, and received absolutely no reply. As the OP stated, I understand that they probably receive a shitload of them perday, probably a lot of it just spam, but hidden in all of that spam are real cases that need to be looked at. And last I checked, that's why we had a CCM, to handle those types of situations. It frustrates everybody that Sydo was hired to interact with the community, and very rarely are we given any actual attention. I'm not saying that she has to sit there, read every single solitary e-mail/ban appeal she receives, and take action with it, but ones that are actually well written, explained in a clear manner, and perhaps have something worth looking into, should actually get a reply. |

Heh, Cheesy. It's funny because...mice...Yeah... OP, maybe they are looking for the mod who banned you so they can find out the whole situation and how to resolve it. My experience with the TFM contact form (When my IP was perma-banned because my friend did something to result in that without my knowledge. Apparently she was being racist.) was actually quite fast, and they unbanned me within 3 days. However that was during the Christmas event so I'm sure things have changed. |

Holy crap, exact same thing happened to me with the whole random ban and everything. Still haven't been unbanned or received a reply on the contact form. They should get more support operators or something. |

The Administrators are not good at communicating with the community ;P The only time I see them reply on threads are when they are being attacked or when they are being discussed as the "Badguys" Other than that, no discussion is given from Sydoline or the others. Most likely applies to contact as well. |

Hopefully, since now only the Sentinels' apps are the only ones opened, besides the map crew, the staff members can pick out more people than usual to give the community a boost of helpers. .... this is a discustion of the crappy service he already wrote to them and he was never unbanned so isgh theyve been dealing with 10 year olds with stolen acounts not "hacked" and i was once banned for 300 hours for saying redtube while talking to someone named redtubecocks and i wrote to them about 4 times and never got a response and i tink its rediculous i mean isnt that only sopsed to be like a 10 hour mute and i wasnt even promoteing it i was talking to someone with that in there name but idc anymore i waited the 300 hour ban out but the service was horible and i have friends that were perm banned for being "racist" hes conteacted them and still nothing has been done they should stop looking at the stolen acounts that some 10 year old gave there password to someone for fraises becuz they were just being stupid and they say that they were hacked |

Hi everyone just want to put it out there that DEVS OFTEN IGNORE REQUESTS COMING IN BY THE CONTACT FORM. I've known this sad fact since around June, and if you're trying to contact the devs and using the contact form failed, you should just give up and move on. This game is becoming a load of crap anyways, the devs are becoming increasingly distant from the community and doing things that really aren't helpful and seem to be unfocused from what really needs to be dealt with (example: putting in a useless menu while they still haven't managed to deal with the increased hacking.) Btw if you were wondering: no I was not perma banned, just that I was trying to help a friend who had their account compromised and helped send in a request for help via the contact form, only for it to be ignored completely. |
