Tribe house is a transformice feature. The tribe system is imported from Transformice.

I'm not sure why you'd think that you could get into a tribe house in Dead Maze if pushing the "enter tribe house" button doesn't work.

I presume they may add tribe houses eventually, but you might have to wait a year.
