IGN: Jjaakkee #0000 Community: EN2 Platform: Official A801 Standalone Client Computer Specs: Windows 10 For some reason I experience random crashes where my client exits, however somehow the portion that connects my game to the servers stays up resulting in me being unable to log on unless I terminate all processes related to Transformice/A801 games. This is frustrating when it occurs, however most of the time I am in a position where I can terminate quick enough to log back on and face relatively few problems. However, it has recently happened when I was in a fight with the World Boss and I died, losing all of my items and survival gear. I found this to be unfair only because I died solely because of an inability to fight back and escape. I have died and lost survival gear before, but during those times I had control over the situation. It is really depressing that this occurrence made me lose gear that took weeks to find and an inventory worth many resources. I do not know why these crashes happen, but I decided to report it after experiencing unfair losses in the game and considering that it may be a problem that can potentially affect other players. Items lost include a blue quality gas mask, standard quality handyman's backpack, standard quality medical gloves, standard quality handyman's belt, an inventory consisting of around 4 katanas, 5 guns, 1 flare gun. |

Hi! Sadly, for several reasons, we won't be able to give items back. We understand that it's really bothering to loose everything you got because the game itself encountered a problem, and we are sorry for not giving them back. Also, have you encountered that sort of crash using other A801 games on the client? And do you have the same problem playing Deadmaze on the website/the Steam version? Until now we did not have any similar reports on the A801 Client. I suggest you try using one of the other version to check if it's better. |
