[OBD] (Naruto) Uzumaki Naruto VS Haru Glory (Rave Master)

Conditions:
Chakra is not magic. It can still affect Haru and thus making his ability to seal magic is useless (Runesave).
However since Haru's Runesave (cannot cut physical things) can also cut anything without tangible form like lightning, fire, water and air, it could affect Naruto's elemental techniques.

Everything else applies at their current states by the end of both series; speed, strength, durability, intelligence, abilities, skills, resilience, etc. Naruto's current state as a hokage VS Haru's current state as Ellie's husband and Levin's father.

They do battle with the intent to kill, it's a death match. Morals are off.
Who shall be victorious?

Well seeing as you haven't given Haru any special rank (and I believe Naruto has many many many tricks up his sleeve; after all, he is a ninja and a HOKAGE at that), I'd say Naruto wins. Haven't finished either of these series, but a friend told me about the Naruto epilogue and so both characters have children so can't say that one wins over the other because of the power of FAMILY LOVE !!!! So yea, I'd go for Naruto.

I dont know anything about Haru Glory, but I know a lot about naruto, but which naruto? Is it when hes a kid, teenager, or when his become hokage? He was his strongest when teenager, and when hes hokage he has a lot of smarts, but one arm. and when he was a kid he was dumb and had little control of his power

As already stated above, it's his current state as both hokage and a father to Boruto. FYI, his current state is his strongest. His arm has been fixed thanks to Tsunade's treatment using the Wood style of Zetsu originated from Hashirama. At this stage, he's at least continental level as shown in The Last that he was able to barehandedly block an attack that could slice the moon in half which size is comparable to a continent.

Haru Glory is someone yo can compare with Naruto at this stage.

I think that naruto can easily win considering the movie: naruto: the last. In the end, naruto CUTS THE ENTIRE MOON IN HALF WITH 1 PUNCH!
Haru is strong, but he is not as strong as naruto. Naruto in kurama-sage mode can end the fight before it starts.
SO OF COURSE NARUTO WILL CRUSH HARU.

Naruto didnt cut the moon in half. It was Toneri who did that. However Naruto was able to block that moon-slicing attack with his hand enhanced by his Rikudou Mode.

only the dbz characters can defeat naruto.

Naruto and Sasuke are the strongest LIVING shinobi. Naruto's tailed beast super rasen-shuriken can easily DESTROY haru, but, it takes a lot of time and distraction to perform that jutsu. Naruto will have to use a ton lot of shadow clones to hide the real himself but till that time haru will be done killing all his clones. But, if naruto does manage to come up with a strategy, it's game over for haru. still, the odds are with haru, since haru is very fast, he might be able to stop naruto from performing the jutsu, but, don't underestimate naruto, he might seem foolish, but, he can come up with awesome strategies. SO I THINK NARUTO WILL MAKE A TON LOT OF CLONES TO DISTRACT HARU, THEN USE HIS JUTSU AND FINISH HIM.
