No, a pro can't be a noob again. They have alot of experience so even if they did act like one, they're still pro.

Yes, when they don't play the game for a long time and play another game they will get used to that game and get used to that game's controls.
Also not playing a game for a long time can make you forget the controls. It's the gamer's chain (no jk I made this up).

Same, i did lost my skill too back in decem when i left to complete the X-mas event and now i got my skills back since im playing and now leaving tfm for several days.
