I have tested your new game and saw its just an copy of bombermine. Pretty weak.

Actually, Bouboum is different than that.
Is there a shop in there with furs?
Can you dress up like an animal? Nope!
So basically, it's not really a copy. And please, even though you can die and spawn bombs in both, doesn't mean it's a copy.

would you say that the facebook squirrels game is not a copy of transformice just because you can buy shirts and shoes and instead of mice it's squirrels?
of course you would
the concept is pretty much the same but i still think that bouboum is pretty cool

also both games are based off of bomberman which is old etc etc universal concept etc etc and so it's not really copying

To be honest even if it's a ripoff or not, at least the concept will live on. You either like the game or you don't but either way if you have fun that's all that matters.

Besides that, there's probably not going to be another Bomberman game made anytime soon (Or at all). I'm happy Bouboum will still be around for quite sometime and even if rip-offs won't ever be as good.. I still feel like they'll bring a unique twist to the table.

If it's the same but with different animals and such, then I'd basically call it just a copy.

um. there's a ton of games like bouboum that was made before bouboum.

bomberman is a game concept that's been going around for like years

meh, thrs alot of people that took the bomberman concept.
But i feel is fine to take it AS LONG as you do a big difference into it, which bouboum has successfully did (for me)

Not like squrriels, where they basically copy everything, all the whole motive and even copies event ideas.
They only just changed the animal, and accept hand and dress items (not tlaking about the energy thing, it sucks)

They didnt even change the shaman object look nor the SHAMAN name.

So i feel bouboum has changed alot of the basic concept, soooo yea

The idea of bomberman's gameplay wasn't exactly copyrighted, so anyone can make this type of game, so it's not really stealing imo

Anybody who's played spiral knight's bomb network will see a bouboom

games are always inspired off of others terraia was inspired by mincecraft and boum boum was inspired by whatever games copy eachother all the time.You might as well be saying all shooting games are the same cause they got guns or something

Eh I kind of agree with this topic, just because you can buy things its still the same idea, with another thing added TO it. Me, Boubomb is just Bomberman with animals, and u can buy things.

If you don't know bomberman then it's your fault lol. It's not really a blatant copy, Atelier is modifying the idea. It's like a company making a better table. Just so you know all games from Atelier is not original except for Tranformice. They're just trying to make it better.
