Yes, you're allowed to update and translate the guide for other communities. The guide is here to help people and I like knowing that other communities can use it as well. o/

I would do it myself, but I don't know any other languages so all the help is appreciated ^^ I'll be sure to start linking translated versions of the guide in the OP as well.
