As a realist, I recognize that trying to have a "positive" attitude goes a long way and usually leads to more postive aspects in one's life. If you have a shitty attitude, your life will seem shitty. If you have a postive attitude, your life will be more postive. It is unhealthy to be shitty all the time, Mousi. Very unhealthy.
