OK, so, we don't have official "Rules" but we do still have a punishment system. It's a bit like court. If you see a capy* doing something unfair or something mean, you can report them for it. *NOT THE OFFICIAL TM REPORT BUTTON* There is a place on our forum to report mice.
After they are reported, a high ranking capy will hold a trial where the reported mouse will make a case for themselves, and either you or another capy (If you have social anxiety or are for some reason unable to plead your case only. It really is best if the capy who reported the mouse speaks against them) will make a case against them.
Then anyone who wants can make a statement and the rest of the mice will vote for or against the reported capy. If they have more votes against them, they will be kicked from the tribe if they are a repeat offender or if what they did was bad enough. If this is there first offense, they will be demoted. If they have more for them then the capy who reported them can't report another capy for a week (The time can be upped if the capy reports a lot and never win their case)
The ranked capy who holds the trial is the acting judge, they are there to keep things civil, and to dish out punishment. In special cases they can choose the punishment themselves, if it's a first time offense or not very serious.
Trials will take place in the "Trials" area of forum. Please be unbiased when voting. The reported, reporter, and the judge should not vote, their votes will not be counted.
Anything against transformice's official rules should be reported not just in the tribe, but officially.
