Before you report a capy please read the rules, and while it's not necessary it might be good to inform the capy that you are going to report them. If they realize what they did bothered somebody enough to report them for it they might stop. Might not, but, hey, it's worth a shot. Make a thread with their name in the title. In the thread clearly state what they did. Be ready to make a case against them in their trial.
