 How do I play Fortoresse? Check out this handy user-made guide: Topic-658023 Can I be a Fortoresse moderator? The requirements to becoming a mod are age 18+, mature behavior and all around good spirits. In general, the more you ask to become a mod, the more likely you won't become one. If you meet the above requirements, you can apply when we're taking applications. However, applications are currently not open at the moment. There will be an announcement on the forums when we are taking applications, so check back periodically! I've found a hacker! How can I report them? You can report hackers using the report system. Click on the person's name in the chat box, or in the playerlist, and select report. You can also report people using the report command: /report username. Alternatively, you can contact an online Moderator directly. How can I play Fortoresse using fullscreen? You can play Fortoresse in fullscreen by pressing the fullscreen button. I've been kicked by a room, what should I do? There is no such thing as voteban anymore; instead you get kicked from that room and you're unable to rejoin it for an hour. Simply join another room. A player is annoying me. What should I do? You can mute a player by using the command /ignore <username>. You will no longer receive whispers nor chat messages from them. If you feel they are being extremely abusive or insulting in public chat, please consult a moderator. How can I contact a Moderator? Currently there are no public Fortoresse moderators. To report someone for breaking the rules, use /report. For other issues, contact a Transformice moderator by typing "/c cfmbot modlist" and whispering one of the names listed, or talk to a mod on IRC. How many times do I need to be banned for it to become permanent? There is no longer a set amount of ban hours required for a permanent ban. Permanent bans are given out where appropriate. Can you create a community for my country? Commmunities are created if there are enough users from that country playing Fortoresse, Bouboum, or Transformice. The admins have access to very precise stats, so if there is a need for a community for your country, it will be created! What are tribes? Tribes are small groups of friends. They have a private chat and other interesting features such as ranking and a tribe house! Head over to the Tribes section to find out more information about Tribes. How do I join a tribe? If you want to join an already existing tribe, you must be recruited by someone who has recruiting powers in the tribe. You can either go to that specific tribes thread and read their requirements and who to talk to or you can post in this thread: Topic-2226  I have found a bug/glitch, how can I report it? You can report Fortoresse bugs in this thread: Topic-661343 I cannot connect to the server/the game isn't loading! Help! Please retry loading the game in about ~15-30 minutes. If you are still experiencing issues visit the Fortoresse Bugs thread to check if others have reported downtime: Topic-661343 Can I change my password? Both your forum and game password are the same. You can change your password by choosing the 'Change my password' option in the in-game "Menu" button. I've forgotten the password for my email address and therefore I cannot change my password. What can I do? Contact an admin via this form and they will be able to change the email address linked to your account. I have a really awesome suggestion for the game, how may I share it?
