You can't heal more than 10 hp on the minimum hp you've been at on that life.

So if you fell to 11 hp, you can't heal above 21 hp with a health pack, but you can get above 21 with bandages.

Call it a "scarring" mechanic of sorts.

Just to clarify, bandages also count towards the "no more than 10 hp" rules on health packs. So if you have just recently been damaged (reseting the new "minimum") and picked up a bandage, your health pack will be useless for you until your damaged again (resulting in only +10 hp from the bandage). But if you instead use the health pack first, and pick up the bandage after, you could get up to +20 hp.

Also, VIPs are effected by neither health packs nor bandages.

Been getting hybrids usually when I vip alot.

When VIP is transferred to a dead player the VIP gets their 400 HP back.

Also someone has been distributing a fly hack, it needs to get patched.
EDIT: They're also speed hacking.
EDIT 2: Someone hacked the Steyr Aug and it fires more than 2 times as quickly as normal. They might apply this hack to other guns.

It's actually still possible to get underneath without having to glitch in, but it's terribly difficult.
It's not really broken though, since you can just bomb the players who are hiding underneath the map.
The only time I can imagine this being broken is hiding on the corner of the submarine domination map by breaking off a piece of the lower void, however the timing is ridiculously difficult (1 frame gap!!) and I've only ever done it once.

You can't buy a weapon as a guest, only perks or hair or skins. This is because guests cannot earn potatoes. Meaning you only get 100 potatoes to use on whatever you want.

Actually you can. Guest can earn potatoes, it's just not as much as the actually player. I think the most you can earn from a winning game is 5. I might be wrong though. But if you play long enough, you can save up for anything in the shop.
