At least I know not to play the zombie mode of the game e.e

If I may, when the zombie mode does release, I would rather the blood effect be under "Particle Effects" so that I can turn it off. It adds to my lag. And for many people it would be helpful as well.

I want to keep the blood but just change the it in the settings!

The Zombie thread for those wondering, it's kind of dead...

I do think the blood should be in the settings like the Particle Effects setting in Transformice.

If this were a different day and age, I would completely agree with you. But really, kids these days play games like Call of Duty regardless; They aren't fazed by blood unless it's really gory. I haven't seen the blood in Fortoresse yet, but if the animation is just a little spurt--and pixelated, at that--it ain't gonna disturb any kids. Little kids, maybe, but then again little kids shouldn't be playing on the internet in the first place.

I know there are some explicit things that French tolerate more than Americans do. I'm not sure if blood is one of them, though.

What is with all the little beebees getting upset over a little bit of blood?
Like...it is not even all that much. If the game was MORE realistic by how the characters look and you see more gore I can understand, but you all are getting so "QnQ" over a little bit on a pixel game.

IN THE END BUBBLE OR BLOOD YE KILLING THEM WITH A GUN! I mean how the hell it is more violent? At least the character don't explode, and guts flies off when you kill them.

It must just be me, but something about how people responded to this just make me question everything on why this changes everything. e-e)

Just add the thing of "Show blood" so people can stop whining and cut it off.

Originally the complaints were more about the massive increase in particles flying around everywhere which does create screen lag because the game has to load even more graphics. To reduce lag we want to lower the amount of particles flying everywhere by having the option to turn off blood, or just getting rid of it in regular gameplay.

BLOOD IS SO ANNOYING.
I don't even get the point of blood. What does it do. It make it more realistic but creates more violence and is distracting.

I think there should be an option to turn blood on/off. It lags a lot with it on sometimes. However, I really don't see the problem with the blood being "horrifying" to the age groups that play. You can say it's already "violent" the way it is. So what do we do? Make them bleed rainbows instead?
