It says "How many soldiers do you usually kill every round" not "how many soldiers can you kill without dying" if it was the latter, my statement wouldn't make any sense now would it?

There are many factors that affect the potential of a spaser to achieve that many kills, like the amount of players in the room, how many elites (people who actually follow the objective and can kill and defend themselves) are present in the room, how often bottomfeeders congregate in one spot, etc, like i said, its rare to see such a player gaining that many kills every round, its either they get machine gunned or sniped to death, or they are lucky enough to get that much kills because most of the opposition are stupid.

or probably im always there to stop them before they achieve 20+ kills, the reason i don't often see spasers achieving that many kills...

It doesn't affect any of what I said. That case only applies to KpD farmers, not people that farm kills not caring about dying. They are absolutely the same as those who farm KpD, but only more dangerous, since they don't really care about dying at all.

Also, I think I did say that "many people farm kpd doing this", it doesn't change the fact that all the "strat" i called back there is valid and can grab you ludicrous amounts of kills in short time.
