If I had to pick a 7 player team like you did up top it would be:

Phobosin, Shadowtrophy, Solfn, Livcorish, Holistergo, Sealandy, Jerboaooie

i'd choose my friends since we communicate better and know our advantages and disadvantage. And a lot of people i know that i would put into a team are better than me.

Ones would be Cheddarfist, Sealandy,Solfn, Vyercon, Bunnyerzz(maybe), Kewly, and Spartttt. Spartttt isn't my friend but i want him to tank bullets :P.

Since Solfn is already taken i'd choose Ganzan if he still played.

Holistergo = protecting flag 1st choice
Atlastx = stealing flag 2nd choice
Sparttt = VIP 3rd choice
Atturia = domination 4th choice

But it'll still beat most average teams that you usually see when you go on. I think you mean that the most efficient teams are people who can communicate well. My play style is that complete opposite from your's. You like to play passively and try most to survive and not give enemy advantage. I like to take my life to do what ever is necessary to win. Would make sense that we wouldn't work well.

Not necessarily, it really all depends on how each player likes to play and how good they are at it. You can't have all snipers and supports, nor all offensive players with SPAS. Diversification plays a large role in creating a good team.
