Well, all you have to do is comment:
"PICK ME PICK ME!" in the comments in this very post with your username, and boom. You're in the NCTzen tribe! How exciting!

Once that's done, type in the tribe chat who your bias is. But ask.
Example:
Can I please have Yukhei as my role? He's my bias.
And not:
Yukhei.

Please don't do that, it's very confusing to all the admins and other players online.
