@Shiscool can you maybe check your ping? You can do so by typing /ping in the chat box. A ping is defined as (in short) the connection from your computer to the server. The lower the ping, the better.

Mine does this a lot and it's usually do to lag spikes and whatnot.

Also, open Task Manager and see how much CPU/GPU is being used by your system. If a lot is being used, that will cause your system to lag as well.
