This subforum is for you to report and discuss bugs that have been found in the game.

Rules and guidelines

1. Don't start threads about third party standalone apps/websites.
The Bugs subforum is for reporting bugs relating to official Transformice Adventures resources - anything made and maintained by third parties is not covered by Atelier 801 admins, so there's no point reporting it here. This includes the wiki.

2. Bugs related to the forum should not be posted here.
There is a dedicated subforum for forum bugs.

3. Try not to create duplicate threads.
We don't need multiple threads to discuss the same issue. If we know about it already there's no need to report it again.

4. Connection issues have a dedicated thread, don't make a new one.
If you are having trouble connecting to the game, please post in the designated thread. We don't need a new thread for every person who can't log in.

5. Try to stay clear and concise.
Highlight what bug did you encounter and use proper english. Please consider that if we can't understand your problem, we can't help you to solve it.

6. Try to provide screenshots, video capture or a solid way to reproduce the bug.
These are, most of the time, worth a long text. But avoid just posting the picture without a short explanation.

7. Don't post about exploit and usebugs.
The reason is mostly to avoid every player to use it. If you think a bug can be exploited by other players, send me a Private Message.

Finally, remember that the Bugs subforum is also subject to the General Forum Rules and Guidelines.

Bug report format

Topic title : Sum up your problem so staff and other player can easily understand what the thread is about.

In-Game name(s) : The name of your character, including the four digit number (ex: #0000). For some problem, mostly related to accounts and connexion, we may need such information to check your account.

Community : The community(/ies) you were playing on and where the bug occured.

Platform : The platform(s) you were playing on and where the bug occured.

Computer Specs : Computer OS; (if you're not on Steam) Browser name and version; (For display problems) Screen resolution.

Description : Describe the problem you encountered, including any information that you think could help us understand the problem easily. Also, providing screenshot or video capture can be really helpful too !

Steps : Include here the detailed step on how the problem occured, or a way to reproduce it.
