I play transform from chrome and I haven't a steam account. Will it be possible to play in chrome or will it have to download it?

Meli said it would be available on both computer and mobile. I don’t think it can “mostly be computer” when the whole attack system of the game is engineered by how many buttons can fit on an iPhone screen.
