I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this, but on the first stage before the last cluster of bugs (the large field before the boss spider) I'll sometimes get a completely black screen. I will be able to type in chat, but I won't be able to see anything on my screen. I found that restarting the game converts it back to normal, but it's really irritating when playing (especially if it takes awhile to load up the game and you get kicked out of the stage). Does anyone else have this problem?

i don't get this, but i get 'connection has been interrupted' when this happens, it just kicks u out of the game, and it's very frustrating. i hope they fix this:( also the 'already connected' shows up sometimes, when 'the connection has been interrupted' pops up and crashes the game.
i've never got the back screen, but it's a new game, there's lots of these bugs, and they're gonna be here for a while.

I also experience the same thing unfortunately, I must say that it does not happen only in the dungeon, it is something that concerns the game entirely but it manifests itself more in the stadium before the boss spider, I would say in all the steps but only and exclusively before the bosses. As far as I am concerned I noticed that the triggering problem concerns in some way the abilities, for example the elixir and the vanish ability, because the problem derives from the use of these two abilities sometimes as well. And the same thing happens in the village, now I don't know if there is the idle time factor, but it could be of great impact and it would have to be verified also on this point, because the game generally crashes when you stand still for a long period of time causing a game slowdown that subsequently causes this graphic crash. They are only theories but I hope to be of help for their fix although I doubt it will be possible whereas other games have the same irritating problem, but here could be an isolated case.

and it will give a Black screen when it willl be kicked out of game for a reason when it gets error "Connection has been interrupted." or something, it cause a gaphical crash or what every they one.

That glitch showed up once today 20 minutes ago. I was thinking that my laptop ran out of battery, but i was wrong. Black screen, glitched game sounds. I said ,,maybe a virus". I closed the game and opened it again, but glitch was gone.
