Staff FAQ

Welcome to the staff FAQ! Here you can ask any questions
regarding the administration process and staff of APTCH,
and also will find important details about them.

The leader of the tribe is Yolohackers#0000. The rank Old dude
represents the owner of the tribe.

The leader is responsible to take care of the whole tribe,
with the help of staff, which is categorized into
Administrators, Moderators, Forum Moderators and Event directors.
Each staff has their own responsibilities and will be explained in the next sections.

Refer to Announcements and changelogs
to find out the recent changes happened to staff.

Administrators are responsible of managing all the
other teams exist in the tribe, create rules and management
of the tribe, manage events and also take care of the members!
The rank Housekeeper represents administrators in tribe.
They are granted all the powers and have control over the rest of the teams.

Who is Wtal#5272?

Wtal#5272 is a dedicated person who is in charge of lots of general-purpose and maintainence purposes.
He is on duty 24/7 (although he takes occasional coffee breaks) to help people in the tribe.
People love him because he is always the first to welcome a person.

Wtal#5272 is incharge of

Transformice-Discord chat bridge
Managing ranks and keeping people upto date with information (ranks, nicknames)
Verifying people in discord
...and lots of other stuff making him the most special!

dealing with rule breakers and ensuring a safe environment within the tribe!
The rank House Manager represents a moderator in tribe.

How do I become a mod?
There is no age requirement to become a moderator. But maturity is expected from all the applicants! You also have to be a member of the tribe for atleast a month, and being active will be a bonus.

If you fulfill all the above requirements, feel free to apply! Moderator applications are currently CLOSED!

I was kicked/banned/muted unfairly / I'd like to appeal my punishment
You can appeal your punishment using this appeal form. Please give reasonable and detailed answers as we wouldn't be able to consider the appeal otherwise.

How do I contact a moderator
You can whisper them in-game, send a PM through forums or contact them through discord. If you see a rule breaker in tribe, report them using !report [member] [reason] through tribe chat.

Forum Moderators are responsible of managing
and organizing the forums, and moderate contents in it.
The rank Newsboy represents a Forum Moderator in tribe.

How do I become a forum mod?
There is no age requirement to become a forum moderator. But maturity is expected from all the applicants! You also have to be a member of the tribe for atleast a month, and should have a knowledge about how forum works.

Events Directors are responsible of creating
and organizing events in-game and discord.
The rank The Nanny represents a Events Director in tribe.

How do I become an Events director?
There is no age requirement to become a forum moderator. But maturity is expected from all the applicants! You also have to be a member of the tribe for atleast a month, and being active is a must!

I have an idea for an event!
Contact an Events Director with your idea using any method listed below. After some discussions they will decide to approve your idea or not!
