5. How did you come up with the name Burning Spirits?
Pressured by Nutellamea(?), I didn't have much time to think of a name, and went with Burning Spirits. Sounds great, even now.

6. What compelled you to create the tribe?
Floating around in dying tribes is pretty depressing. For a very long time I had the luck to join only doomed tribes. Got 500 cheese, asked my pals about it... An easy network and a private grid were we could watch YouTube videos? Sounds great! So, I did it. Here we are.

7. If you have to describe your tribe in just a few words, what would you say?
Misanthropic degenerate associates.

8. When it comes to adding new members do you care more about friends? Ranks? Or is it a little mix of both?
Friends, ranks here are kinda obsolete.

9. When the tribe was first created did you expect that it would last long or be successful?
Nope, I fully expected to lead a doomed tribe. Maybe, like a Phoenix, this tribe'll become an active community of lunatics that help eachother because society shuns us.

10. Is there anything special that your tribe does to stay connected (events, etc)?
Three events every week, Atelier 801/cheese.formice forums, albums, groups in different games. Maybe, an WhatsApp group if this tribe goes somewhere.

11. All old tribes seem to have a reputation among the players, what do you think your tribe's reputation is?
Tribe fodder, more or less. Probably less. At least, we're still floating.

12. What is one thing about your tribe that you want people to know?
We're a smol, accepting, mentally deranged family. Join us if you think gallows humor, punny verbose profanities and osu! memes are fun.
Also, recruitment is closed because I want to prepare few things here, there's too many blank slate tribes, I don't want this tribe to become one. It'll take some time to do, I don't have anybody to help me and boost/accelerate the process. Too bad, huh.

13. Do you have assigned ranks in your tribe? Why or why not? If yes, do they work well in your tribe?
A lot of ranks, bound to change, they're there.
Dunno if they work, we don't have a lot of activity to properly evaluate the results of OP griefing or lack of power.

14. How does your tribe deal with conflict, if you have any?
Not much. Most keep to themselves when it comes to this, or are in a friendly rivalry. A few survivor matches and Phoenix counseling and everything will be fine.

15.What is the most difficult thing about running a tribe?
Conflicts are easily overriden, so~... Maybe the preparation for recruitment, after that it can be a smooth sail, if you don't start alternating between Forums, Newsletters and other games. Like I do. Don't do that.

16. Is there any trick to being a good tribe leader?
Being understanding, fair, having self-control and a lot of free time to prepare and manage. Or friends. I quess?

17. What do you think makes a tribe successful?
People with common interests and humor, activity in and out of Transformice, and a good leader with loyal friends.

18. What advice do you have for people thinking about creating their own tribes?
Kid, if you have the determination to bank 500 instead of buying those noice hats, and you really want to try to manage hell, go on. You only live when you want to.
