The Badasses is a tribe about meeting and maintaining friends. We hope to be a tribe with members who respect and help each other out both in the game and out of the game. We are a tribe where people who share interests in villains, dark humor, and violence in fictional media can join to talk and roleplay about their favorite works in a non-judgmental, friendly environment. We are a tribe for chill, level-headed, reasonable people, for those of us who don't mind a bit of offense for the sake of walking on a floor with no eggshells. We are a tribe of jokes, where members can share their favorite jokes, pranks, and funny experiences without worrying about what their sense of humor is like. We are a tribe of laughing and fun, and our members help aid us in being an interactive tribe.

WE ARE NOT AN...

Edgy Tribe: If you haven't noticed yet, while our tribe is themed around 'bad' and 'cool' things, we don't take ourselves very seriously. We have this theme because this tribe is founded by people who love the more dark aspects of fictional media, but this isn't set. We aren't a popularity contest to see who is the 'coolest'- We are just a couple of friends who like to joke with each other. So if you are looking for validation on things that aren't true, seek it elsewhere.

Stat Tribe: Do not join with the mindset of expecting us to rank you based on your stats, our tribe is almost entirely separate from gameplay. And while we will celebrate your stat accomplishments if you bring them up, stats have very little influence in our tribe.

Fandom-Specified Tribe: While fandoms have a place in heart of our tribe, do not expect to find us talking about or roleplaying solely about your favorite fandom. We want our members to be tolerant of others with differing fandom views, so expect an inclusive, but not intrusive, environment.

Kid's Tribe: Keep in mind, this is NOT a kids kind of tribe, cussing is a daily thing and we enjoy dark and offensive jokes. We can range from lighthearted joking to serious discussions and we don't cater to kids or oversensitive people. Take this into consideration before joining, the last thing we want is for our daily tribe chatter to catch someone off-guard.

☣~ R E G U L A T I O N S ~☣

Seeing as our tribe is not of the most serious nature, we only have 3 rules that must be followed in order to remain in the tribe.

• BE ACTIVE IN TRIBE CHAT/ACTIVITIES
Being active is a big part of this tribe, thus we encourage all our members to be active in tribe chat and participate in activities whenever possible. Just talk to us! We don't bite... often. Not only will not participating negatively affect your rank in the tribe, but after a month or so, you will be kicked from the tribe. Even if you don't get on Tfm everyday, if you have been active with us and we know you are a good member of the tribe, it will be much longer before we're willing to kick you out, if at all. Make sure to tell us if you'll be off for some time! That way we know you're on hiatus and not inactive.

• RESPECT YOUR FELLOW BADASSES
We do not want to see real insults, discrimination, fights, bullying, or rivalries between tribe members, respect must be given as well as earned, so please do not hide behind a screen and instead treat all tribe members as equal human beings, even if you don't think they have deserved it. Seeing as we wish for mature members, we expect you to be the better person in an argument and either report, ignore, or whisper a higher rank. We are a tribe of friends and we are not afraid to try and mediate in cases where tension exists. That being said, blatant discrimination against other members, as well serious, meaningful insults, will result in a hasty boot.

• DO NOT BE ANY YOUNGER THAN 18
We regret to have such a hard age limit, but seeing as all of our members are now adults, we fell more comfortable keeping this in place. Our tribe often contains harsh jokes and dark humor that we do not feel ok sharing with anyone below this age, and we hope those younger will respect this. If you are below this age, we unfortunately cannot accept you into our tribe, but you are more than welcome to join once you are of the appropriate age. If we find out you have been lying about your age in order to get into the tribe, you will be kicked, and depending on the severity, blacklisted.

***UNOFFICIAL RULES: The three above rules are the only three a member can get immediately kicked out for without warning. However one can still get kicked for other behaviors that do not fall under these categories. You would have to be a repeat offender even after being warned to stop to get kicked. These include, but are not limited to
• Spamming
• Being excessively obnoxious
• Ragequitting the tribe [Look on FAQ]
• Begging for gifts [Look on FAQ]
• Being edgy [Look on FAQ]
This is the only other way you can be kicked from the tribe if you have not violated the three golden rules. This system is implemented to ensure that the tribe stays friendly and welcoming. By the way, the only ones with the power to kick in this tribe are the three leaders ((Xen, TK, and Griff)), thus, you cannot get kicked out by another member for sheer spite.

☣~ A C T I V I T I E S ~☣
Given our goals as an interactive tribe we often have unplanned or planned activities that are often started by our members themselves.

• Tribehouse Playtime
A personal favorite, when some or all of the tribe gathers in the tribe house and plays a module. Most often its a utility where we can sham around with our large and fun tribe house map. Other times, a member can choose to run another module, deathmatch, fight, pewpew, you name it! We take turns playing and switching modules. Fun times are lie ahead with this activity!

• Movie/Show nights
Possibly one of our most common activities, this is usually a random event that starts when one of our members invites others to come watch videos in the tribe house. Anyone can join in and most often the videos played are short, funny ones that can cause a chuckle to be shared amongst our members, slightly rarer are movie nights, usually when a higher ranking member finds a movie for others to join and watch in the tribe house.

• Village Invasions
Possibly our most favorite out of all the events, it's when much of the tribe joins together in a village room to start whatever silly pattern they wish! Whether it be clone days, flag days, or club days, fun is almost guaranteed! These can be either planned or unplanned, can have a variety of themes, and can be started by anyone, not necessarily by a high-ranked member. However, if you do have one, make sure to describe it in detail to us so we can add the date to our greeting message!

• Gaming
Many of us love to play games as well! It isn't uncommon for members to ask others to join them in some games outside of Transformice. Whether it be Don't Starve, Astroneer, Terraria, or Ark Survival, the possibilities are endless!

• Roleplaying
Roleplaying is a pastime of our members, so don't be surprised if you see people roleplaying in the tribe house, just one of our minor activities.

• Cheese Farming
An event hosted most often during times where farming for events is needed, Where members can join in to just play together, often hosted by a higher ranked member and played in a private room, the goal is to collect cheese and have fun!

☣~ R E Q U I R E M E N T S ~☣

We have no formal stat requirements for main accounts. While at least 800 cheese collected is preferred as it is a sign of an active account, we accept that some members may be new or may not focus too much on gameplay and thus, accept most people willing to join.

Alternates do have requirements, if you wish to join the tribe on an alternate account, please have at least 800 cheese collected on it and be active on it, be aware that inactive members or members that do not participate are down-ranked, and eventually, kicked from the tribe.

Also, we DO have a set age requirement, you must be 18 or older to join, anyone younger will be booted on arrival.

Do not join if you are easily offended, easily influenced, or are not willing to be active. We are simply looking for mature, friendly members with a sense of humor.

To join, simply post in the topic, and one of us will invite you, be patient as we may not be online all the time. If we have not invited you within a day, feel free to message/whisper Xenguy, Threekings, or Griffoon.

Q: What servers do you guys mostly play on?
A: Most of our members reside mainly in the E2 server, occasionally E1. However, we do welcome diversity into our tribe. Thus, other languages are allowed as long as all members know English and English is the main language spoken.

Q: Can you make me a custom rank?
A: If you ask us this question, the answer will almost always be a no. Custom ranks are only for very special cases, for example TK has a custom rank because she help re-found the tribe, and possibly came up with more ideas than the main man himself. if anything, asking for a custom rank shows immaturity and is a sure-fire to not get even a high rank.

Q: How often are ranks changed?
A: Weekly, ranks are changed most often by Xen as new members join, or as good behaviors and bad behaviors of members are noted.

Q: What is a title rank?
A: A title rank is just a rank for show, all title ranks have the same permissions, it just depends on the preference of the member what you wish your title rank to be. Your title rank may change if you are promoted to a senior member, if you are put in punishment, or if too many people start choosing the same title rank.

Q: Somebody in the tribe chat/house said something I found offensive! What do I do?
A: We're sorry to hear that! wish for all our members to feel fit within the tribe, however, given the joking nature of our tribe, most things that are said are not meant to be taken seriously. With this in mind, you are welcome to whisper or message Xen or the tribe mods if you feel this goes past a simple joke, please include a copy or preferably, a screenshot of the message and context behind the situation. If it is something against the rules ((eg, insults, discrimination)) Please whisper us immediately as we do not tolerate this kind of behavior!

Q: What do I do to receive a higher rank?
A: There is no point system, application, or mentors to receive a higher rank, given that we are mostly a friend tribe, ranking is decided almost solely on how mature you are, and how often you participate within the tribe chat and activities. Xen, TK, and other higher-ranked members are online often and communicate a lot with each other, so we notice and interact with active members, who are the most likely to be ranked up.

Q: We're playing videos in the tribe house but someone keeps interrupting videos/ not giving other people turns!
A: If Xen or any of the tribe mods are online and not in the house, whisper them or notify them through tribe chat, playing videos in the tribe house is a privilege and we do not take kindly to members who are impatient or inconsiderate of others. However, most often, the person does not realize that they are doing something wrong, so we encourage members to resolve this peacefully with each other by setting an order for videos to be played ((Eg, can I go after ___?))

Q: You mentioned I can be kicked for 'Ragequitting the tribe' What does this mean?
A: Ragequitting the tribe means leaving the tribe after a disagreement with another member or for other small reasons [eg. being warned for something/finding something offensive]. Keep in mind that is a friend tribe, so if something is wrong, please talk to us/ignore the person you are disagreeing with. Leaving is the equivalent of giving us the cold shoulder and places excessive stress on us, so it is not taken lightly. Note that very rarely are members let back in after 'ragequitting', even if they have cooled down and wish to rejoin. Repeat offenders are eventually blacklisted.

Q: You mentioned I can be kicked for 'Begging for gifts' What is the reason?
A: This wasn't as much of a problem at the start, but given that many of our members, especially leaders, are frequent purchasers of fraises, we've had issues with members joining simply for the chance at a gift. Outright begging for a gift/fur, even if it's just once, is heavily looked down upon and will affect your ability to be ranked up for a long time [Heavily implying you want a gift usually falls in the same category]. Repeat offenders are warned, and eventually kicked from the tribe.

Q: You mentioned I can be kicked for 'Being Edgy'. What does this mean?
A: While our tribe is themed around stuff most people would consider 'edgy', we are not tryhards and we do not take our theme seriously. By 'being edgy' we mean trying to be cool, trying to be intimidating, trying to be something you are not. We are a friend tribe, we want our friends to be honest and open with us, and lying about the things you do or your abilities is flat out cringy, immature, and dishonest. Friends do not lie and friends don't need to force themselves to be something they aren't, so those who do this do not belong in our friend-focused tribe.

Q: I have an idea/suggestion for a rank or other tribe aspect! what do I do?
A: Awesome! If you have an idea or suggestion, please share it, we encourage our members to be creative and we are always looking for new things to add! Feel free to relay any of your ideas to Xen, TK, Griff or any of our tribe mods via whisper or forum message.
