About Us
We are a tribe known as Ghoulterior Motive. The name of the tribe is the combination of the two words "Ghoul" and"Ulterior". This tribe is based off of the popular manga and anime Tokyo Ghoul. The time zone this tribe runs on is the EST and/or CST time zone.

Discord Server
When ranking up to Ghoul or Immune you have the option of joining the tribe's discord server. This server is a quick way to get a hold of leaders/helpers or get information about future changes or events going on in the tribe without being on transformice. Only leaders and helpers can send invites to tribe members. Those outside of the tribe that want to be updated on events are welcome to join as well.
Tribe Activity Schedule
Schedule is inconsistent and activities only take place on Transformice for now. Events listed in the greeting message or discord server may not occur if the host does not come online.
Activities occur between 8:00PM CST/9:00PM EST and 12:00AM CST/1:00AM EST

Ranks
Our ranking system is very easy to climb, but there is a stopping point to which you cannot go any higher unless through special requirements. Here are the earn-able rankings of the tribe:
The earn-able ranks are:
Kaneki Ken't - Default Entry Rank
Immune - For Deadmaze only members
Dove- Members who have less than 200 cheese OR 15 firsts (can only rank up to ghoul once they achieve this)
Ghoul - Members that have more than 200 cheese or 15 firsts gathered
*Ukaku - 1 rank up map completion and 1 new recruit (Walljumping Wizard)
*Kokaku - 1 rank up map completion and 5 new recruits (Cornerjumping Master)
*Rinkaku- 2 rank up map completion and 8 new recruits (Trampoline Hopper) (Be the Leech)
*Bikaku - 3 rank up map completions and 12 new recruits (Mace) (Playing with Fire) (Water Bender)
*Kakuja - Have completed all rank up maps and 20 new recruits (Gravitational) (Hardcore)
Aogiri Tree- Recruiters; earn this ranking by filling out an application and being accepted; required to recruit at least 15 new members each week.
Anteiku Employee- Event Hosts; earn this ranking by filling out an application and being accepted; required to host/help with at least 1 activity each week
Quinx Squad - Tribe Helpers; earn this ranking by filling out an application when open and being accepted

These rules apply to all members and staff. Everyone is expected to learn them and follow them upon joining the tribe.
1. Respect all members and their beliefs.
2. Do not spam the tribe chat or while in the tribe house.
3. Take turns while playing videos and do not interrupt.
4. Cursing is allowed; however, please do not direct it towards other members.
5. Inappropriate topics are allowed, but if a leader/helper tells you to stop, then stop.
6. Do not change the map or start a module without permission of the room.
7. Don't recruit alts to earn rank-ups. Only leaders may have alts for testing reasons.
8. Don't recruit someone who was previously kicked for breaking rules.
9. During Utility, don't use !all commands or commands such as !explosion and !kill.
10. Don't be discriminatory or hateful towards other religions, sexualities, races, etc.
11. Don't write messages in all caps unless it's an acronym, initialism, or the capitalization of proper nouns, etc.
12. Don't minimod while leaders/helpers are online.
13. Don't ask for ranks. Earn them.
14. Only recruit English-speaking people.

Our requirements are not strict. You must speak English. You must have over 200 cheese OR 15 firsts in order to not be kicked for 7 days of inactivity. Those with less than 200 cheese or 15 firsts will be kicked (unless a leader/helper is told prior as to why you will be gone) if they are offline for 7 days. For anyone with a ranking lower than Quinque, if you are inactive for about 5 months you will be kicked. If you are kicked due to this, you are always welcome back! This is just to keep the tribe from getting full.

We have mass kickings so that we don’t have inactive accounts take up most of the tribe. To save space, we simply kick those that do not meet a certain standard we set for stats or have been inactive for too long. If you are kicked due to this, you are welcome to return. If a mass kicking takes place earlier than planned, those who are inactive for 4 months might be kicked as well. Typically mass kickings occur on the first of every month and those who are offline for 5 months are removed.

These skills include: wall jumping, corner jumping, trampoline jumping, ect. There will be 10 maps played. Each map will have 10 minute rotations.

*Be sure to advertise it in the cafe at least 20 minutes before starting. Invite everyone who wants to come in unless they have been banned from the tribe.
*Put what activity is being done and who is hosting it in the tribe greeting message at least 40 minutes prior to it being started.
*Be sure to invite people in throughout training night if anyone else wants to come, but stop bringing people in within the last 10 minutes because it will soon be over.
*If everyone is stuck on a specific map and/or too bored to continue, go ahead and move on to the next map.
*Be sure to give tips while each map is going on how to complete it.
*Do not allow mice to throw touchable consumables into the maps. If they do, do /np and give everyone a warning. If someone still throws consumables, kick them out of the room (or if they are in the tribe, give them one more warning and then kick them out of the tribe [or get someone who can] if they ignore the second warning).
*People outside of the tribe are not subject to all of the tribe's rules (such as the all caps rule), but be sure to still moderate them as you see fit. They are in our tribe house, after all.

You can always do half of the maps on the list, but be sure to specify that with the tribe and the people coming in outside of the tribe that not all maps that are normally shown will be shown during that specific session.

*If a game that worked previously stops working, quickly switch to a similar game, or advance to the next game sooner than planned.

Things to know about Movie Night
Movie Night Cafe message format

*Put what movie is being shown and who is hosting it in the tribe greeting message at least 40 minutes prior to it being started. (List any warnings that go along with the movie as well as the TV rating if you can find it).
*Before the activity is even announced, be sure to test the movie and make sure that it will show up on the tv in the tribe house. Be sure to also go on youtube and skip around on the movie and make sure it is the complete movie. A minute off from the beginning or end is fine, but if huge chunks are missing do not show it.
*Do not show movies that are not full screen.
*Do not show movies that are not English Dub (sometimes ads pop up on the bottom of screens and will cover up the subtitles).
*Before movie night starts, you have the option of either sitting in the tribe house in silence, putting up a module game, or playing videos. If you play videos, be sure to play videos that are PG 13 and do not have flashing lights. Do not take video requests from people. Play videos shorter than 5 minutes so that people coming in will not get bored.
