Do /tc to open a tab for tribe chat.
For the fourth birthday badge, you have to do Confetti Dance Confetti Clap Kiss. Those emotes in that order.
And if you want TRC (Tribe Rank Coins), you must invite people. Once we see you have invited a lot of people, you will move up a rank. You also have to gain trust and be nice :) Also, when someone logs on, please welcome them back.
Ask Roxie about the TRC.
If we see that you're inactive for a long time your rank will be lowered, if that amount of time is more than a few months depending on the curcumstance you'll be kicked out.
