We are a group of free thinkers, wild spirited people and children of freedom. Our gang values loyalty above else and we are perfectly fine and willing to help each other with whatever might be the issue. We are also people who can be discussing scientific and philosophic stuff at one moment then suddenly switch to lewd topic out of nowhere. We are random, weird but also kind and with the heart in the right place.Main goal we have is to make everyone welcome in this safe haven no matter what path they walked through life. Simple requirements to join are being able to follow some rules and being able to help and coexist with other gang members. We can even provide ye with some weirdness free of charge c:
We have 15 Ranks of various Tiers, such as 2 Leader Ranks, 2 Council Ranks, 1 Helper Rank, 6 Member Ranks, 2 New Member Ranks, 1 Punishment Rank and 1 Entry Rank. In the further text I will explain differences between them and the context I used for some of the rank names. In some circumstances custom ranks might be permitted following the simple rule of: If it is below Leader Ranks, it is Lieutenant custom rank, if it is above Rook rank, it is Gilded version of the Rook rank. Lieutenants have similar perms as the bridge between Leaders and Council. Gilded Rooks have similar perms to regular Rooks but fancy titles

1. Ringleader - Leader of the gang. Has the top position of hierarchy by tiers. Full permissions to manage the gang. Single person rank
2. Queen of Rooks - Custom rank given to one and only person. Acts as Co-Leader. Has all the same permissions. (My heartfelt thanks to her for being with me for so long)

3. Coordinator - Members that helps to run the gang to its peak efficiency alongside the Leaders. Rank is usually given to people who have shown exceptional merit and loyalty. Most of the permissions to manage the gang
4. Rook - Lower in hierarchy than Coordinators they still have quite a few permissions. This rank has to be voted in by Coordinators and Leaders

5. Lookout - Rank of helping hands towards running gang operations (events) and helping around for day to day happenings inside the gang

6. All 6 Member Ranks have the same level of permissions allowing them a comfortable stay in the gang. Explanations for their naming is as such: Talker - handles all the gang business that requires smooth talking and con man skills, Muscle - all the tasks that requires a strength or big stick is their specialty, Sharpeye - gang member that specialises in rifle and pistol long range combat, Rogue - dagger and pistol coupled with subterfuge task knowledge, Tumbler - picking and breaking locks and other mechanical contraptions is their daily bread and butter, Sleuth - they gather knowledge and information in any way it takes

7. Other two ranks are for new arrivals given based on the prowess in the game and it is encouraged to be changed at the earliest convenience for more permissions if nothing else. They consist of Recruit and Apprentice

8. Gopher - Punishment rank with no permissions given at the second warning level of trouble in the gang. Length of time depends on severity of offense and how willing person was to cooperate to clean up the mess

9. Greenhorn - Rank ye get when ye first join automatically. Nothing more to say c:
Name I used was originally mentioned in Assassins Creed: Syndicate as the gang that was created by main characters to help them against the Templars. Reason why I picked that name in particular was quite weird actually. Quite a few people (including me) who played Syndicate were not too happy with execution of something that could have been the best game aspect hands down. Thus, every time I played after that I would give my gang members backstories from my imagination that added so much immersion when on the operations with them. And not surprisingly, I grew to like The Rooks, gang of ragtag freedom fighters from all the possible walks of life united for one goal. After leaving my former tribe and after going through a few of them I decided to try my best and make justice to that dream of the gang and how it was supposed to be. And so...The Rooks were born here on TFM c:
With more members (hopefully) we are going to host various events throughout the week that will be completely optional to participate in and will help the gang to work together towards achieving certain goals or just for fun

Monday - Currency Hunt. It is basically a TFM farm geared towards the efficient collection of event currency (Survivor, Shaman feathers, etc) or just cheese
Tuesday - Gang Time. This type of event is for gang members to have a chance to join in and get to know others (or just to mess about). Modules such as Truth or Dare and/or Hangman played in the tribe house
Wednesday - Moving Pictures. This day is all about watching movie (or two) together as a group. Movies will be chosen by all the gang members and they have to be on Youtube (TFM limitations are real)
Thursday - Show & Tell. Any ambitious projects ye are working on? Share it with a gang for comments, critiques or just as a conversation topic. It can be anything: drawing, story, piece of code, etc. Let yer imagination run loose c:
Friday - Currency Hunt #2. Same as on Monday
Saturday - Day of a Troll. A day of randomness and weird fun all over the place. Get the weirdest outfits ye can think of on and get to random rooms of yer choice. From there on, its all up to you how to be weird in classy way. Want to try and start a discussion about quantum mechanics? Go ahead. Do ye think that every build of yers should include an apple? Of course. It is up to you about how to have fun (TFM rules still apply tho)
Sunday - Gang Time #2. Same as on Tuesday with different modules if people need a change
Topics

Just a tab with few random picks of the topics on which conversation happened between gang members at some point or another:
*Most scientifically efficient teacup design
*The Ship Fest of 2016: OTP attacks
*Joe the Guide and his love for zombies
*True way to use shaman arrows (hue)
*Path of Breadstick is Awkward
*TFM subliminally puts info about lava jumping in our brain
*Do timelines split at important life events
This tab is to notify about all the alliances our gang have made in TFM. Look below for the list with the tribe name and their leader

Manga Anime Society (Redninn)
1. No one shall be treated unfairly based on age, gender, abilities and/or other factors
2. Pointless arguments, be it participating or starting is not allowed. Think of a solution or take a step back in such cases
3. Swearing is somewhat allowed but not incessantly. There is a thin line between just that and trashtalking after all
4. Gang ranks shall be given based on oppinion of Ringleader and Queen and personal merits. No begging
5. And while we are on topic of begging, no item gifting requests. If ye want to do a trade, feel free. Just no begging again
6. Spam posting is only allowed in part. Please, no 6-7 lines in a rapid succession in any chat or forums
7. General TFM rules still applies. We are safe haven but not that much.

Rules are subject to change in the future and any updates to them should be noticed and followed same as main set of rules.

Punishment is based on 3 strikes system. First time, ye will get a warning and stern talking to. Second time, ye shall be demoted to Gopher for unfixed period of time (ranging from half of an hour to few days) depending on severity of yer rule breaking. Third time, ye shall receive a boot to yer behind and stick to the head. All of these can be avoided by actually stopping, showing some common sense regarding yer actions and reactions to them and in some cases appologising.
