A boy made fun of his sister in the pool and said :
"Look ! She is so fat the she sinks in the pool ! She can't even float half way!"
The sister said :
"The fact that you said this shows how idiot you are"
She was right
Why ?

Well she was right... the statement doesn't make sense...

what was the brother trying to say? Was he trying to call her fat and make fun of that? or her inability to swim because of her fat? or was he trying to make her swim being fat?

The cigarettes were already lighted
OR
They cracked a side of the boat, they grab it's wood and they make a small fire using them, then they light their cigarettes
OR
the fourth cigarette was already lighted

Well good try Broabdel but the answer was really close to your first attempt... They used a lighter... But how? Well, they threw the 4th cigarette out.. and made the boat a cigarette lighter xD ... (No one would have thought this way XDD)
