This thread is all about made up species. If you want to know what is a open or closed species. fell free to ask, I just don't think I will give you the right definition.

You allowed to do species trade and giveaways(If you trading another persons species and you own a design, get permission if you can trade that design)

red is closed species
green is open species this shade of green also means open
yellow is a closed but soon to be open species
baby blue is a open species but soon will be closed

i actually own a closed species that people are enjoying so far.
they're called the foxibug.
simple def of them, they're foxes that are as small as bugs, and have a bug-like appearance.
oh, the symbols on their halos show how old they are. each halo stands for 5 years, each symbol stands for 1 year.

I can't grasp people paying $100 for a character design personally.

Yeah. Hell, I've seen 'prizes' get as high as one thousand dollars.

And yes, people pay sometimes over $10 for a specie design but I respect their rescission if the specie is closed.

Did a little research on closed species and this all i gotta say (read at your own risk, this is long)


We all know closed species is something special to the creator and that we have to respect their decisions. Though it gets on peoples nerves when they see a simply drawn or a specie based on something is a closed specie. Many (or lot) of people don't know the point of closed species. the point is getting money/currency faster. It kind stupid but its the person decisions. we all know your not aloud to make a closed specie character unless with permission. but, you ARE ALOUD to make a character, just don't post it online.. or else you will get in trouble. the creator can punish you if you make a character specie in real life. all I just gotta say is, no matter how stupid why this specie is closed.. just respect them and wait until they make it open.
